Leah ran design and innovation studio ICRAVE for the better part of a decade. As the Managing Director, she was instrumental in the growth of the company from a small start-up design shop to a 40-person, award-winning innovation studio. She led the charge in building client and industry relationships, nurturing established ones, and shaping ICRAVE’s overall business development and communications strategy. Over the years, she expanded the studio’s hospitality portfolio into new sectors including aviation, healthcare, higher education and real estate development, and secured new contracts with Memorial Sloan Kettering, Walt Disney Imagineering, and travel hospitality group Delaware North.
With over 13 years of experience in design, construction, and hospitality and a passion for dining out, artisanal food products, and design and retail trends, Leah lives and breathes development and knows the difference between a great idea and a successful project.
A California native, Leah studied Anthropology at UC Berkeley and moved to New York upon graduation to pursue a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Prior to joining ICRAVE, Leah managed design and construction at Sushi Samba, a global innovative restaurant group. She prides herself on a high level of professionalism, extreme attention to detail, and a knack for managing creatives.
